The honesty and sincerity of the staffs ultimately would be there principle success factor for their further progress. They tried their level best to make my stay comfortable, happy and ease.The staffs were always ready to - The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was met at the airport and my room was clean and air conditioned. If I needed any help with the language I received it and transport was arranged for me to visit anywhere I wanted to go. It is the second time I have stayed there.

  It is hard to know where to begin describing what a wonderful time we had staying at the Osiris Hotel when we visited Cairo. It might be best to start with the staff. They were always genuinely cheerful and helpful. When we planned our trip, we purposely picked small family run hotels for our stay. We are a family of four (two girls ages 11 and 15) and we sh - The Osiris Hotel is in a perfect location close to central Cairo but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. The view of the city from the balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt very comfortable here.

  It was very nice to be met at the airport! Staff is cool, smile andhelp, if you have any problem or issue with the room they will try tohelp you(it can be surprisingly fast if you ask more tan once ;) like inmy case). The rooms have nice a/c and more then 300 tv chanels (mostarabic but also many in english). Ramses II Hotel was just what we were looking for. And the staffs were very kind and generous. We hope to stay there again next time we're planning a trip to Cairo.
