Use Google Translate to communicate with willing owners, unless you speak Czech - especially important on arrival: restaurant opening hours are really M-Fr 10-8, hence later arrivals need a phone call to be made and a key to be brought - this could be done by willing locals, if you've got your request and message message typed out in Czech...
