  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful.   Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. For being in a big... o que as pessoas dizem » city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.
