  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  Apartment was excellent. We had a two bedroom and two bathrooms which suited our requirements. From the moment I booked I was contacted by the apartments welcoming me asking if I required any further information. Each time I emailed requiring advice it was replied. The management and staff were excellent and very friendly.   It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend.   Our apartment was excellent and we could not fault anything we had a balcony and loved sitting out at night watching people and traffic It was in an excellent location with supermarket nearby and walking distance to centre of tourist area.
