  Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  Our apartment was excellent and we could not fault anything we had a balcony and loved sitting out at night watching people and traffic It was in an excellent location with supermarket nearby and walking distance to centre of tourist area.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in.
