Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.
