  Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.   Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square.   This is a newly opened hotel, fully renovated from a previous hotel chain. It has whole new concept incorporating reception and a trendy bar areas. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. The location is at the downtown's fringe, but within short walking distance to the tram stops - Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel).
