We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Almost luxury grade, but without the services, extra staff and attention to details ... if you don't care about such things it makes for good value. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3. It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.
