Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space. - The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels provided daily. Will definetely - Friendly staff. We forgot our toothpaste and they took care of it and bought us a toothpaste. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport. Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!
