My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. localização - We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
