  We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3 times multiple. Withou

  The hotel is in a great location close to all the attractions and on a small quiet street. The rooms are freshly decorated and have new furniture and are very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a choice of cold meats and cheese with an option inlcuded in the price of freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage.   The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice - The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and efficient and the room very spacious and romantic.
