Occupying a building typical of the Giant Mountain region, the Sporthotel is located in the centre of the Rýžoviště Ski Area. It features a restaurant serving Czech specialities and a fitness area, which is accessible for free. The ski slope and the chairlift up to Čertova hora or Devil’s Mountain are only 20 metres away. Cross-country skiing routes to Lysa Hora start right in front of the building. Each room has a private bathroom, a coffee table with chairs and a satellite TV. They are colourfully styled and feature solid wooden furniture and soft carpets. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the Rýžoviště hotel. You can enjoy typical Czech cuisine in the restaurant, spend some relaxing time in the bar of the Sporthotel Rýžoviště, offering more than 70 sorts of whiskey. There is a playroom for the younger guests, billiard and football tables for the older ones, you can rent skis and bicycles on site and book skiing lessons. Massages are available as well. The Sporthotel bus stop is located right in front of the building. The bus takes you to the Harrachov Train Station. The centre of Harrachov is 1.5 km away from the Sporthotel Rýžoviště.

Hotel Ryzoviste has a great location only few meters from ski centre. Staff in restaurant was very attentive and proffesional. We would never return to this hotel again only from one simple reason - Receptionist. Young lady at reception which was on duty whole weekend was very inpolite, rude and not proffessional at all. If in her job descritpion is only to ,,hand over room key" then everything is fine. But thats all she did. You have to ask to get at least basic information from her. It really disappointed us. Even if it is high season I do not think that this hotel is worth money you pay.
