  Small hotel close to the bus stop and not far away by walk from the center. Very nice lady at the reception, who gives you information about the town. Single room nice clean and quite big. Breakfast nice with choice of sweet and salted food. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice also. - Quiet location, ~10 mins to the center of Karlsbad. We included daily breakfast ( it was the best of our trip) and had massages as well. The suite we upgraded too was the most luxurious and elegant of our stay.   I stayed for only one night and the service I received from the reception staff was far better than I ever expected. It was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. - The view from the balcony; absolutely breathtaking. Great location!

The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.
