We had a comfort studio with balcony, we were satisfied with this apartment. We had a great view from the balcony, the beach is very close. It was value for money.

- large, comfortable, non-squeaky bed :)
- close to the beach.
mostly that there's no air-con (boiling hot as it is a kind of a "roof" apartment on the top)
noisy at night (right by a main road with heavy traffic)
no microwave
no mosquito net (and millions of mosquitoes)
the run-down apartment in the neighborhood (looked ugly, with noisy, uninviting hosts).
The kitchen could need some more stuff, like salt and pepper and maybe a sponge to wash the dishes...
- no air-conditioning!! It gets hot
- apartment and equipment is a bit old
- no laundry service, instead they referred us to an expensive dry-cleaning place nearby
- beach isn't the best, artificially made: sharp stones and concrete, definitely not nice round pebbles.
My gf and I stayed at about 20 different apartments (in this price range) all over croatian coast this summer and we both feel this was definitely in the lower average.
