  The place was absolutely new and clean. We booked at the very last minute and the host came to meet us within 30 min from our booking. She also allowed us to check out a few hours later than the official check out time. With the new air con. System perfectly working we slept very well. The view from the windows was beautiful too. - We were met at the airport by a driver arranged by the owners, Paula and Adrian. He took us to the property where we were met by the owners, who greeted us warmly and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. They also offered to take us to the port the next day. The room was perfect; beautifully designed, clean and quite comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit, and sweets on the table. We couldn't have made a better choice for accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer

  We loved it! The location can't be beat - ambience, within the palace walls; convenient to sights, shopping, meals, public transportation; hotel owner is most personable, son is knowledgeable about the history of the palace; available to help navigate and find parking.   This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. The room was beautiful and what's more ,comfortable. The situation in the town of Split was just right, quiet etc. with plenty of good restaurants close by.   One of the best places I have ever stayed! I loved that the place we stayed was within the the neighborhood, I felt like I lived there. The place was secure, clean, had all the amenities needed including a washing machine!! I loved that it was so close to the city center and had so many great places to eat around it. We will definitely be back! - We loved everything about Divota Apartments. Our apartment was very chic, comfortable and with excellent facilities, including the sunny balcony where we regularly dined. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Most of all, the staff are outstanding. Always helpful and charming - nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Divota to all of our friends.

  We spent a great night in Split at Sleep Inn. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, well-designed and the service was fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Parking isn't great either so be sure to ask the hotel for suggestions (they were SO helpful and emailed us lots of ideas and a map with locations - The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. The next day my friends arrived in Split and we stayed at a larger apartment in the palace, which I'd recommend just to see all the different passageways (there's no way we would've seen what we did in the palace if we didn't have to follow these passageways to our apartment), but at the same time the apartment in

Owner Elena was very friendly and helpful, and little problems, such as temporar malfunction on wifi was fixed quickly. A little hard to find as a first times, but touristinfos are eager to help. The bathroom was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable and we had a nice patio. Elena was wonderful and made certain we had everything we needed.
