  It's just a few minutes on foot from the old town and is a very modern place in a quiet street. Must have been renovated very recently. Large room with excellent bathroom, a TV and WiFi.   The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Our son joined us and they accommodated all of us with no problem. The air conditioning in the room was an added bonus and was very welcome, especially because of the hot weather during our stay. The newly remodeled bath and fully equipped kitchen areas were very nice and excellent for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful in helping to arra - The location is perfect for city tour. It is not inside the old town but I guess it is an advantage of the apartments than disadvantage. Split is very touristic place with magnificent palace and old part of the city. In my opinion, it is better to stay somewhere outside the crowdy center. A personal is very friendly and helpful.   Absolutely great place for accomodation in a quiet street, that is close to the sea. Down the street is an old church with nice little garden. Within 15 min is beach and tennis camp with different type of courts, that can be rent at 10 euro/hour. Our apartments had balcony & spacious terrace with a sea view. Owne - I can't understand why the rating for this place is so low. But, we stayed at the one-bedroom luxury and the cheaper apartments are run by another person. The owners are great! The views are outstanding. Best beds in the Balkans. And, the price is extraordinarily low.

  Good position, 10 minutes drive to Split center. 1 hour drive to Omis and Trogir. Room was ok, close to the center of Stobrec. We walked to the place and thought that we just could place our heavy luggage there waiting to get the room later on.
