The apartment is beautiful and the family who runs it couldn't be nicer. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

This was an excellent stay. When our flight was delayed and re-routed Tony stayed up and met us at 1:30 am at the bus station.
The apartment was perfect and centrally located. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Tony and Jessica were the consummate hosts and strived to make our stay comfortable and made us feel completely at home.

This was the perfect accommodation for our long weekend getaway. A very short walk to the main Riva without being in the crowds of tourists. The apartment was freshly renovated comfortable and very clean. Toni was friendly and professional to deal with. The included Breakfast on the terrace was very nice and substantial.

getting - I traveled to Croatia with friends and on the night of arrival our flight was delayed so we didn't end up getting into the city centre until after 11:00 PM (check in is supposed to happen before 11:00 PM). We were unable to contact the owner by telephone as we couldn't get the call to go through. kindly met us at the port and showed us where to leave our hire car,
then walked us into the Palace grounds where Villa Split is situated,
on the way Antonia gave us an excellent brief history of the Palace
which was invaluable as she was much more informative that the guide
book we purchased. Once in our room which is perfect in every way,
Antonia said "anything you need, we are here for you" which

This was a fabulous location. The staff were amazingly helpful in recommendations and places to see. They even saved us a parking spot outside the villa. There is parking nearby also. Our hosts met us before we even got out of the taxi! Beautiful room. Quiet neighborhood in old town. Steps away from narrow streets...steps away from public park...perfect spot to enjoy Split. Delicious breakfast buffet - even local treats to go with great coffee. Pero & Katja such warm and welcoming hosts. Can't imagine any place nicer to begin a vacation on the Dalmatian Coast.

The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. The location is very good and really easy to find, just outside the north wall of the palace. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The stuff as friendly and very helpful with both transport as well as tips of what to visit and look for in this city. The room was clean and pretty with some really old stone walls that was beautiful and matched right in with the design of the rooms. The bathroom was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable as was as a really good breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.
