The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and obviously brand new. Location is excellent, 5 minutes from a supermarket and ATMS, right near the train station and a short walk from the ferries. There's also a small selection of restaurants around it. Perfect location, in fact.

We couldn't find the electric kettle and had to boil water for coffee the old way with a pan on the stove. Signage does not adequately identify the apartment from the street and we got lost for a short period looking for it. Fortunately the owner was expecting us and came out looking for us.

Close to centre of town, ferry etc. Nice people. Nice restaurants.

Advised had secure parking, but description of secure proved incorrect, had ovver $1500 vandalism to car because we had belgrade number plates. Never visiting again.

Beautiful and historical. Best time to go is during non summer months; much less busy and crowded. It can also be very hot in the summer months. Very sunny city. Went first week in September, great time to go! Very surprised this city does not get more publicity form tourism professionals.

Excellent location in the heart of old town Split. The free parking space right outside that was provided for us was a real convenience. Towels and air con provided. It made an excellent overnight stay.

Nothing not to like unless you find stairs difficult. A couple of steep flights up.

Basic small apartment with all facilities. Excellent location and very close to station and ferries. Lady owner is very obliging, but can't speak English. Communication is over the phone with her daughter.

Lack of street signs. Even though it had a street name, it is only a 8 metres long wide foot path.

The owners came to the local Tourist Information centre and advised them to let them know when we came in for directions and they came and picked us up and walked us back to the hotel which was extremely helpful as it was in a very obscure place.

Very obscure location with no signage so we were lucky we got picked up by the owners. Neither of the owners spoke English so we struggled to explain that we required an additional room for one of my friends instead of sharing.
