great stay - spacious apartament with quite well equipped kitchen (but no kettle available!), close to the rocky beach, quiet (provided you like countryside noise of neighbouring rooster, we did :-)).

Rovinj is a lovely town - we enjoyed walking around and seeing all the wonderful art.
The hotel was comfortable and all the staff helpful and friendly. A good value as well. -

Just outside Pula at Pjescana Uvala. Large older style apartment above the family's house, real wood not plastic. Very large terrace with full views over beach, harbour & islands. Very good clean safe beach & restaurants. Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula. On arrival fed by Mama's home made pancakes soaked in local liqueur ! The whole area is clean, good food & wine &

The hotel is obviously old (as almost any hotel in Opatija) but I liked the way they tried to keep it clean and pleasant for tourists. The rooms are big enough, staff really friendly. Extremely friendly, helpful and very professional English speaking staff. We were upgraded into G H Adriatic I. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold with an outstanding selection. We were so impressed we stayed on for an additional two days on a half board basis which at 72 Euro was outstanding value. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Quiet location, yet not far from the town (yes, the walk to the beach/town takes 15-20 minutes but it's enjoyable and everything but dull). Lovely staff. Nice pool and terrace. Comfortable room. Breakfast included. Excellent choice for a combination of a seaside and quiet holiday or break.

We loved the setting. A small castle like building on the top of a hill with a small settlement surrounding it. Awesome! We had a nice room, it was a little dark, but not a problem, open the doors and windows. The settlement of Groznjan was fun to be in and walk around. Not a long drive to the Sea and other surrounding villages. Highly recommended to go off the beaten track and stay here.

From the second we arrived we knew that our short vacation will be great. The apartments are looked after, equipped with all you need. We had No.6 on the second floor and the breakfast view and the evening drink on the balcony were just priceless.
Blanka is the best host we had in a long time! And we do hope to return in the near future.

We got a very friendly welcome from Paloma.
Thanks to her help we have returned a credit card that I forgot in a far far away shop (250+km).
Medulin located near a very beautiful national park Kamenjak (10 minutes on a car) with very clean sea. And it's a not crowded place because you have to pay to drive in.
Very lovely stay. Thank you Paloma.
