It is a large resort with a two hotels on the site, the other is the park plaza Histria (this is where the wellness and the breakfast is) it is very convenient for people who don't want to drive into town everyday as there is a supermarket, restaurants and some shops on site all in walking distance. The pool overlooks the Adria - We have been here second time, because we love the carisma of this Verudela beach, a really magical place. The staff very very kind and helpful. The local facilities are well designed and in good condition, opportunities for sports and activites are varios and wide ranged. Parking is free of charge.   Excellent caravan homes / houses with much better size than a regular Caravan. 2 bedrooms with good beds, roomy bathroom and kitchen/livingroom with all necessities needed. Great with your own terrace outside with possibilities for sunshade as well and only 30 meters to the sea. Overall a fantastic positive visit to Croatia. Definately comi - Although our cabin was located a ten minute walk through the campsite, this walk was quite pleasant as we got used to it. Flat shoes being a must. Location wise it turned out to be fantastic. The sea was practically on our doorstep, lovely woodland surroundings and only a short drive by taxi or regular bus into the town centre. An excellent holiday all round.

  We really enjoyed our 3 days stay in Villa Feniks and would definitely recommend it without any doubt. The Villa is nicely located 100 mt from a small bay with well serviced beach and marina. It is an exellent base for daily excursions.The service is top class, with attention to details and personal service. The place is run by most friendly and kind people. Thanks to them you don't want to leave. There are also some other reasons like close proximity to the nice beach, marina, 3 good restaurants (the best is the one in the marina - recommended by the owners of the hotel), and a small pool - perfect for kids (100cm deep).   Staff where so helpfull, hotel was magnificent, clean and with some re decoration would be 5 star. We arrived 7 am and though check in should have been 2pm, we where so greatful to be given access to our room 9 am- most helpful to us. - Close to town. Pleasant outlook with a nice sea view. Good size double room.Very helpful staff.
