  Family owened, very friendly and acoomodating, knowledgeable. They let us leave our luggage on check out day so we could walk around town for a few hours before our ferry left late afternoon. They have a wonderful pool to come back to after a long day of walking. Short walk to port/square/market. - Good sized double rooms both with excellent air-conditioning. Large balcony with table & chairs and kitchen was good. Swimming pool was also very good, especially after a warm day in the sun. Two bathrooms was also good.

  We stayed here with the intention of taking advantage of the view...and the view is incredible! Every night that we stayed here we made our way back to the apartment with a bottle of one of Hvars wonderful wines and had a drink before dinner. After dinner we would then enjoy a nightcap looking at the stars and watching the lights in the harbour. We loved staying here so much that we booked an extra night here - The staff at Bonkan Hvar were so friendly and helpful even bringing refreshments to our room upon arrival. The room was quite large with its own kitchen and a beautiful, clear view of the water and town in Hvar. This place was very centrally located, within walking distance to the water, restaurants and all main attractions in Hvar Town. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

  As noted already, everything was excellent... But An extra congratulations goes to the hotel. I had left some documentation in my room, and the hotel was kind enough to deliver it to me, with one of the staff members as I had already left the island. We thou roughly enjoyed our stay... And LOVED the view from our room over the sea. Breakfast was good, and so lovely to eat out front in the garden. Our room was nicely appointed.
