Location of the room is absolutely fabulous – within the city walls,
just a couple of meters from cathedral and two hundred meters from
Stradun. Usually rooms on such locations in Dubrovnik are old and
expensive but this one was a very pleasant surprise – it was completely
renovated, with new and modern furniture, air-conditioner, lcd tv, new
bathroom and very fairly priced. This accommodation is highly
recommended if you need just a room with a bathroom not the apartment

The owner is the nicest person, she was very helpful, sincere and welcoming. The room is very modern, new and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. Very comfortable just on stradun street. Perfect bathroom and air conditioning. I recommend the place!.

Great location in middle of Old Town.
There wasn't a small fridge so you can not have cold water at night. It is in an old building two floors up without an elevator so if you have heavy luggage it can be a bit problematic. Also I stayed there 3 nights and there was no cleaning I guess it is because you rent a room the place is not a hotel. Anyway the room was so so clean anyway it didn't bother me.

Wasn't clear at front door that the rooms were on top floor, so didnt know which apartment to buzz to gain entry.
there wasn`t any sign outside, therefore it was difficult to find that place; absence of the elevator.
No signage whatsoever. Very difficult to find & nearly gave up. Only found with the persistent kindness of a local street vendor. First two floors appeared abandoned, but room on third floor was newly renovated & exceptionally clean. There was no lighting on the first two floors which made are after dinner (after dark) entrance requiring 3 keys very challenging.
Hard to find apartment with little or no street names. Took a few phone calls to get sorted.
