It was absolutely amazing to stay in this historical apartment in the
heart of Old Town of Dubrovnik. We were travelling by car from Zagreb
and arrived Dubrovnik at 11 pm with unplanned delay; our lovely host
Duska has been very nice and understanding on the phone, her husband
Lovorko was waiting for us to pick us up from a meeting point and take
us to the apartment. Upon arrival, everything was ready; quick tour in

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

The apartment is perfectly placed for a city break in Dubrovnik. The welcome from our hosts was exceptional as they gave us their time and knowledge to make our 5 day stay one of the best we have ever had. The apartment is traditional and spotlessly clean and was ideal for two couples sharing. We would recommend a visit and would certainly stay in the Festa Appartment again if we get the opportunity. Dubrovnik is a lovely city . The apartment is no more than 60 paces from the best restaurants .
Duska and her husband Lovorko were extremely kind and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was wonderful, overlooking the Straden or main street of the old town. That said, with the windows closed, you could not hear any noise from outside. The AC was a godsend as it was so very hot in the town. Fairly spacious for a family of four and comfy with an excellent shower!.
Right SMACK in the middle of the action... in the middle of the old town. Extremely extremely convenient! Very spacious too. A loft bedroom, living room, kitchen.. plus the awesome location.. for just 70+ euros a night. Helpful and friendly owners too! Believe they have enhanced the windows - can't really hear the noise from outside when you close them!.
The apartment was spacious. We were a couple and a friend, we had our own rooms. The kitchen and bathroom were of a good standard.The location could not have been any better,just inside the main gate(Pile) and just off the main street.(Stradun).The owners Duska and Lovorko were genial and courteous.In all a great place to stay.
Located in the center of old town. The best equipped apartment we have
had in our three weeks of travelling. The owner was very helpful -
arranged the airport pick up and met us at the city wall to take us to
the apartment, recommended good restaurants and places to visit. Triple
glazing fitted to reduce noise from the street.
This apartment is just right in the middle of the center!! Owners - Duska and her husband are so nice. They are reachable all the time when we need their help concerning Dubrovnik. They will contact you ahead of your stay. And they can make it super easy once you drive a car there even though the old town is car banned area:).
Location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable. Only one flight of stairs, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with a huge bed in a loft space), 2 flat-screen TVs, kitchen and dining area and bathroom with shower. Cookies and juice on arrival, which is a nice touch. Good internet connetion.
Everything was perfect. It's on the main street of Dubrovnik and very near to all attraction points and transportation points. It's really value for money, being in the heart of old town and having such comfortable conditions. Heating was perfect to stay in winter time. Thanks Dusca.

Dusca and Lovorco made us really welcome on arrival and during our stay. The appartment is in the centre of the old city, an ideal location. Bustling atmosphere during the day, quiet (due to the triple glazing) at night. The city is lovely, cable car and island trips ideal.
We were made so welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Duska dropped some cakes off to us to enjoy halfway through our stay and it felt like home there. We were very comfortable. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the old town. We couldn't have asked for more!.

The location in the Old Town was excellent. The double/triple glazing on the windows kept the street noise out so we were able to sleep well, and the air conditioning was welcome as the temperatures were very hot when we were there.

There was nothing to dislike at all.
Possibly too much furniture (chairs, sofas, etc) in the living areas which left little room to store our luggage. A more secure safety deposit box would have been an advantage.
The water tank heats up a limited amount of hot water. Once you use it up, only cold water flows out, and you have to wait for the tank to reheat.

Street noise late at night. I would have liked the owner of the apartment to greet us. Dealing with the cleaner and handing over quite a lot of kuna upfront gave me an uneasy feeling upon arrival.
Also, windows are paper thin so the rowdy people outside do keep you a awake somewhat at night!.
