This small guesthouse is run by a very friendly team. It is within walking distance of the Shekou ferry (about 5 mins walk) and is parallel to the main road behind the small post office. I like the atmosphere and design of crystal garden,it's like i'm living in cozy garden. The female dorm very clean and above my expectation, easy access to shekou port and metro station. Favorable place to stay in shenzhen. I'm really grateful that staff so polite and helpfull when i'm asking about so many things, they help me to going around by bus to Fairy lake garden.
I'm extremely recommended this place to everyone who love cozy and quite place to stay for leisure :D

- It was clean, bright (7th floor, non-smoking room)
- Everything was working, wi-fi was all right.
- I liked the terrace (though if you are scared of mice, don`t go there in the evening).
- Shops and restaurants downstairs. Hotel also has its own menu with OK prices.
- Clean bedsheets, slippers, towers, shower gel, toothbrushes.

I have no complaints. The room was well equipped, and the stuffs were simply nice. The surroundings were very clean. It's a bit too far from the nearest MTR station, but the roads are nice for pedestrians, and you can also use taxi/bus. Perfect if you want to stay in this area for a few days.

Staff speaks a little english and they are very helpfull. For buiss trip its very good. During fairs there is free shuttle bus. Location is very nice, 5minutes walk from metro station. quite noisy in night (opositie there is shoes market and they are packing till late night hours). Around 7 minutes walk to Pearl River.
5minutes walk to great vietmise restaurant TIGER PRAWN, check this Restaurant its very good and cheap- people from abroad dont wait in queue- just walk in even if there is queue

Overall a good experience. I will stay again when I come back. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms , wc living room and kitchen. It is clean, since they clean it everyday and staff are very helpfull in every request. Some speak very good English. Owner is very helpful and nice. stores are within walking distance for buying grocery items,fruits, vegetables etc. Bank of China is near for money exchange. He managed to extend one day extra for continues staying. Rooms were same as shown in the picture. AC, fridge, washing machine, wifi, microwave oven working good. -

I came for the Canton fair and stayed 10 days in the hotel.
1-front office staff speak English fluently.
2--the staff is very helpful, they do their best when you ask them to help you with anything even if not related to the hotel.
3- Lori ( the receptionist ) helped me a lot in everything. He even helped me getting back my lost cellular phone. H

The staff was very receptive and extremely co-operative with a smile and ready to help always. The girls and the men at the reception were very polite, attentive, and instant in their services. The hotel is located in a place where you will find more than 12 restaurants serving food from all parts of the world and there is an Indian Restaurant by the Name of Vastu just below this hotel, the owner ,Mr. Deepak Gupta, was very co-operative and I was starved of home food and he gave me food better
