Even before I arrived in Siem Reap, Phally would always respond to my emails regarding my queries-the shuttle, US $ payment,and my request for 2 beds.Then when we arrived at the hotel, she even upgraded us to a deluxe room! When the tuk tuk driver turned off the main road and headed down a small, alley-like street, I thought, "uh oh." But then he pulled up to a lush tropical paradise and lovely small hotel, the Golden Mango. This hotel was just "wow"! We initially booked three nights and stayed an extra four...Everything was just so convenient, comfortable and smoothly-run. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well-maintained. Nice variety of TV channels, generally consistent wifi connection, great selection of breakfasts, good prices on beer. We received the best service at Motherhome! Fitst of all we got a free pick up by the hotel's own tuk tuk from the bus station when we arrived in Siem Reap. The staff are extremely friendly, polite & attentive in all areas: reception, the restaurant & tuk tuk drivers.

The front yard and entrance to the hotel are quite impressive. Rooms are more than OK, the hotel pool and pool bar are also very nice. - Our tuk tuk driver was so friendly and helpful. When we forgot to hire a guide, he really looked around near the Angkor Wat ticket counter and was able to find a legit guide pretty quickly.

Very nice guesthouse a little bit out of town. Nice and clean rooms , comfy bed and strong hot shower. The breakfast was really nice. A lot of choice out of bread or rice and fruit and tea or coffee. Really good vallue.

The staff at River Village were great! So nice and accomodating. The rooms were nicely appointed and cool and each was en-suite. The pool at the Lodge was a welcome sight after a long day of sightseeing in the heat. The breakfasts of coffee, fresh fruit, and baguettes were also very nice.
