Proximity to Riverside core and walking distance to the Royal Palace. We got exactly the room we wanted on two levels with even an extra bed (sleeps five or six with small children). Two 1/2 washrooms. Happy I found this place and that I booked it early. We were three adults. Plenty of other guesthouses and restaurants on same strret. -

The staff was very friendly, the big room was really spacious with high
ceiling and very quiet, the bathroom was nice and neat. We then moved to
a smaller, cheaper room: it was really smaller but still nice and clean,
with good taste. The Wi-Fi works well too. The location is very central,
you can easily reach every part of the city.

Within five minutes of arriving, my passport had been sent off to get a
Vietnam visa, I had booked a seat on a bus to Siem Reap and hotel. The
staff were very efficient and knew how to help. The room was huge and
clean. Needed sprucing up but for $15 a night, I couldn't complain.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, slap bang in the middle of the
backpackery area and only a few minutes waljk from the nightlife spots,
the river promenade- thngy and the Royal Palace. It is a little bit
nicer looking than the other backpackery places on the road, but no more
expensive. A very good deal, then, if your looking for a slightly-nicer-than-
backpacker hotel in a great spot. (Oh, and also, the room had a
fantastic bathroom considering the price.)

The location is fair and near the cinema, easier to locate and identify. -

The staff were very helpful at all times, even the ones who spoke very

perfect, right by the riverside where all the restaurants/clubs are.

Rooms where comfortable, beds not to firm. Aircon and fans, mini fridge and tv. Tuk tuk drivers always available just across the road for longer trips, but only 2 minute walk to mini supermarket, and 10 minute walk to loads of restaurants.

Friendly staff, good location, big room. We arrived early and they
didn't charge us for early check-in: nice of them. There was some
misunderstanding wheather the room we booked had window or not, but
finally they gave us a big room with a window. They were also very
helpful at booking the bus to SaiGon. -

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a newly built hotel
and the room was clean and in ecxellent condition. Room was cleaned
daily and refilled with free mineral water. Staff is firendly and
helpful. The hotel restaurant serves excellent italian food and you find
tasty drinks on the bar. Bar closes early thou.

The rooms were clean and fresh despite some other reviews on here. The staff were polite and very attentive, which was very welcomed by us after staying in a large faceless hotel in Bangkok. The location is fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast here was the best of my whole trip-go for a Khymer set breakfast :)

Staff are so friendly and helpfull. Alibi has a nice courtyard to relax in and have breakfast in the morning. My room was spacious, clean and with a decent bed. It's close to the Royal Palace and Riverside and tuktuks are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! Phnom Penh has surprises me in a positive way, although busy a relaxed place
