Central location that is directly across from the boardwalk, courteous staff that organized free transportation and our accommodation to Siem Reap. Great buffet breakfast with made to order egg dishes. Outdoor restaurant with comfortable seating that unfortunately invites too many beggars. Close to other great cafés and bars. Huge rooms with big bathrooms including a bath tub/shower. Fabulous location on riverfront - almost next door to FCC. Would stay again but maybe in a balcony room looking over the river.

Construction next door may effect this hotel but didn't cause us any problems. Noise from rain in back room with no window. A bit noisy, funny that at 5 am people have aerobic sessions along the river with loud music The bathroom needs refurbishing Breakfast not excellent. the fact that the hotel taxi service did not begin until 6am and I had tom leave for the airport at 4.30 am,so had to cut a deal with a tuk tuk guy outside the hotel myself.After a week in phnom phen being asked incessantly if I wanted a tuk tuk,I could have done without it. The bathroom needs improvements. Some rooms have no view but not a big deal as in general you don't spend time in the rooms. Needs some moderisation. the place looks as though no one has cared about it for years. It looks like there was a courtyard swimming pool there once and a roof bar that would have been nice. Shame they are shut down. Someone needs to spend money on the place and it would be great. The view was really nice. the layout of the whole hotel is a bit messy, but the room is okay. very meager breakfast no balcony. Room without outside view Shower did not stick to wall. bathroom needs a update. poor breakfast.
