The service was excellent - from arranging a transfer from the airport, providing a late meal for us on the rooftop floor of the building overlooking the entire city, the superb variety of food on offer at breakfast, the newness of the building and the cleanliness was top notch. We really enjoyed the 10th floor balcony room which provided us with lots to look at. Thanks to all involved in making our stay in Phnom Penh a success.
todos opiniões » Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our every need. Buffet breakfast was fab. Tuk Tuk outside door to take you where ever you want for only a few dollars. Spa and Gym were superb. Would certainly stay here again if ever in pp. I booked this hotel to have a rest and be alone after 3 weeks in hostels. Welcome drink.Staff was very nice and helpful. Good comfort. Great gym and sauna. Very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel even for solo travelers who need to rest a bit. Big room and always very clean. Big gym but not well lit. Very nice breakfast included in the rate, buffet fruit cereal, hot foods, breads and pastries and a chef on hand to make things individually if you want. Everything,what a friendly staff.The breakfast with all the smiles . Nothing was a problem at front desk . Phone calls to find lost luggage etc .Thank u for making our holiday Happy memories . They convinced the pickup to take us anyway, but added a little stress. sometimes is hard to get ataxi, so if you are on bussiness travel try to hire your own driver. The language barrier with the staff. none. Poor breakfast, fridge doesn't work in the room. - Staff were trying to sell onward bustickets at ridiculous prices and were very persistent in trying - Expected a bit more information about Phnom Penh and a proper map from the staff - A bit overpriced. high noise level caused by strong wind into balcony, suggest better insulation to balcony sliding door. same items for breakfast every day. lack of english TV channels in room. lifts are slow and sometimes break down. breakfast is just OK. Some staff in the lobby lounge.
