Situated only 30 metres from Sozopol's Central Beach, the 4-star Villa List features indoor and outdoor pools and free private parking. All rooms have a balcony. Free WiFi access is available in the lobby and public areas. Central air-conditioning, a minibar, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries are also features of each room at the Villa List Hotel. The rooms offer views of the Black Sea or the city of Sozopol. Typical Bulgarian specialities and international cuisine are available à-la-carte or in buffet style at the restaurant. You can enjoy your favourite drinks at the lounge bar or at the pool bar. Fitness, pools, parasols and sun loungers can be used free of charge. Massages, a steam bath and a hot tub are available as well. The Old Town of Sozopol and Harmanite Beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and the Central Bus Station is just 100 metres away.

The best thing about this hotel are the staff! Wonderful, sweet and helpful, they were what made us feel at home. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, but nothing special, the view from our room, however, was stunning! Do specifically request a sea-view room, it is absolutely worth it. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle between the old and the new part of Sozopol, close to all the little shops and restaurants. The only thing between the hotel and the beach is a prett.
todos opiniões » Great loaction and a nice hotel. The beach is close, and if you walk down to the old city you find lots of nice restaurants and also a lot of activities for children and family. The location is ideal and the facilities were excellent. The staff were really helpful and courteous and the hotel was spotless. Location is just on the beach and just next to the old city. This gives you excellent view and more quite environment. Very helpful reception staff and an excellent spot by the beach, providing a fantastic view of Sozopol. Staff is very nice. Room is convenient. Breakfast is very good. The hotel was lovely fantastic views and great staff. good food , good location, very clean. Very nice and comfortable. hotel was value for money. Location is great, close to the beach and to the main stores and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool is very clean. Staff speaks acceptable english and is willing to help. Maids are trained to create shapes out of towels such as roses, bunnies, hearts and so on which they place on the bed. Really good location, good swimming pool, friendly staff. location, view of beach from room, steam room in basement. Central location. The breakfast was not good and the staff at breakfast was usually unhappy (the only not-nice people in the whole hotel). The hotel has a policy against reserving sun beds with towels (says the hotel house rules document), however they have not found a way of implementing it and all the sun beds were reserved by 8:30 every morning. The breakfast could have been more varied for a hotel this nice. The hotel should not cost more than 50 Euro in High season. This is only due to its location. Internet wifi is practically missing. BB - food is poor for the money paied. I was happy with everything. Staff, location and good facilities. The pool area provided sunbeds from early morning. However it was impossible to get a sunbed because towels were placed on the beds. 8 were not occupied until 4 in the afternoon. They have a policy it should be enforced. Little expensive for what you get... Sozopol has beautiful beaches but the atmosphere in the streets is a little too much "touristic" with tons of restos, kiosques and fair games... the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were cold which was a disappointment as it was to early to swim outside also you could not get a coffee after ten o'clock at night until 8o'clock in the morning at breakfast. Bathroom appliances a bit degraded, air conditioning was not working due to the heating/cooling scheduling implemented in the hotel. Parking is actually on the street un front of the hotel but I was instructed not to park ther due to some construction work which never actually occured. No Wi-Fi in the room! Towels were not change during 4 days (I'm not sure the room was cleaned). The room was very small (I booked a double room, but it looked like a single), air-condition was really poor. The sink in the bathroom was incredibly small... dirty moldy smell in room, sewer smell coming from floor drain, no shower curtain in bathroom, unable to get a chair next to the pool because people would reserve them with towels the night before. TV wasn't working; problems with Wi-Fi; sophisticated parking; instead of requested in advance twin room we got one bad; ants in the room!. The cleaning staff did not bring additional shampoo and shower gel for the whole 4 days stay. Obviously they felt 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels are quite enough for the whole stay. Also, nobody recharged the mini-bar for the whole stay.
