very big and clean rooms, excellent breakfest, great pool area. We bought with half pension and we were really satisfied with the variety of food and dinner themes.

a)recreation team needs to have more experience when playing with minor kids, and when involving the kids with the bigger ones. I personnally was scared of the games they were subjecting the kids to .... b)To letsbookhotel.com: did not liked to pay 100% of the room in advance....what if I do not like and want to change hotel?. Furthermore this information was not in the booking reservation.

Very helpful staff, facilities were excellent and the food was very good. Well located, midway between the falls and town.

Unfortunately, the main pool was getting a major cleaning, down 2 days of our 3 day stay.

We loved the resort, the apartment with swimming pool and jacuzzi in front. The room is big, clean and everything is new. Very nice to stay with little kids. Certainly we going back next month

The breakfast can have more options, the air condition a little noisy and cable tv can have more channels

Staff helpfulness and service was excellent! Great hotel for kids, all ages, with the playhouse and the swimmingpool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall great value!

Internet was a little slow for videos.

The facility is stunning, new and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Food is good especially the free breakfast. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was just ok.

The location is not in town but rather close to the airport. It worked for us since we were there for only one night.

when i get there they didnt have the room i reserved and they gave me a better one, i paid what booking said that i have to pay i have my receipt and everithing, but now i am at home and they want to charge me double, no way...i paid 638 reales for my 3 days and 2 nights ,this was what my reservation through booking says and now they want to charge me 638 reales more because they gave me a better room, so be carefull !!!! so sad

Great place. Went for the Falls and then realized I also got lucky and had an amazingly relaxing stay at the resort. Also, be sure to contact Bliss Travel at the resort. They will take care of absolutely anything you need to make plans in the area. They too are great.

Room comfort and cleanliness

Resort still requires a lot of work to realise its full potential. Design, gardening, outdoor furniture, etc.

Very convenient location for the airport and for the Falls. Plenty of space, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable.

No mention that the golf course was closed until some time in 2014 when I booked.

Very helpful staff, happy to give you a free lift from the hotel to the main road, so you could get a bus to the Falls (only 2.85 REAIS).

A few misunderstandings with waiters who had little or no command of the English language.

Everything is very nice at the hotel, staff very friendly, helpful and always happy smiles, the rooms were clean and very comfortable each room has a close pool and jacuzzi which is very useful after a full day of extreme sports, there is also a recreation house where you can play table games or ride a bike around all the hotel location which is very large with roads where you can see trees vegetation where I found four friendly capuchin monkeys haha.

The hotel is a little far away from the Iguaçu main attractions, but the hotel is that wonderful that I consider it as one of the attractions that worth the trip. The food is no impressive, but it is tasty. nothing to complain since I came to Iguaçu to adventure, flora, fauna and extreme sports, something you can find anywhere in iguaçu.

The rooms and facilities are excellent the grounds are extensive and well kept with swimming pools and Jacuzzis sharing between a small amount of rooms. The staff are friendly and efficient.

The service in the Restaurant was not great however I find this a common problem in Brazilian Hotels, staff training needs to be better. The buffet dinner can become a bit repetitive.

Professional well mannered reception staff with very thorough knowledge. Beautiful site in a natural environment. Comfortable and spacious room. Great service in general. Free wifi access.

We had to buy an adaptador to the hotel store as the connexion doesn't fit with the one used in the rest of Brasil.

Restaurant average If you don't get a taxi, or if travelling by public transport, it's a long walk from the gatehouse to the hotel.

Beautifully furnished, breathtaking resort. Great attention to every little detail, from the perfectly polished lobby to the plush boutique rooms. Service was great. Relaxing in style.

We were thrilled with our stay. After traveling for 24 hours from the US the hotel was like an oasis. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely after a day of hiking Iguazu Falls. Excellent value for the money. Would highly recommend!

Can't think of anything. There was construction going on, but it didn't affect our stay in any way.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, they made you feel like your were the most important guest there, the facilities were very modern, brand new but with a very classic to the region. Also all mod cons were available.

The only downfall, was that we were there will construction and renovations were taking place.
