  The service was excellent! My friend fainted in our room shortly after arriving. I called for help and one of the staff ran up 5 flights of stairs (there is a perfectly functional elevator) and offered to call a doctor. He came back 5 min later with coca tea and bottled water. Two computers available in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is connected to a travel agency, through which we could get a bus to Copacabana, boarding right in front of the hotel.
