I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! Also worth mentioning is the excellent location of the hotel, smack in the center but not in a busy street. -

It were very difficult time for me ( I breake up with my boyfriend),and all situation in hotell make me feel comfortable and help me get over with my pain. - I had a beautiful room with everything I needed. Was much learger and modern than I had thought it would be - especially for the price.

The hotel was very clean, nicely furnished, with great facilities (swimming pool, sauna, fitness) and a wonderful breakfast! - great place for kids. Lots of space, lots of things to do both in the hotel and nearby. Good service, great value.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right beside the train station and on the main street, when I booked I was worried about the noise but my stay there proved I had no concern to worry as the hotel rooms were very quiet. I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!

From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful. I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap. This is a lovely & charming property. The location is excellent because it is close to the center of everything, but just a few blocks away from city traffic and noise. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable & enthusiastic. Breakfast delicious and in a charming courtyard. I would love to return for another stay.

Very easy to find a the far entrance to Centraal station. All the main tram and bus stops are close by, as are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
The old part of the town around Grotemarkt is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins on a tram.
No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.
