  Fabien is extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. The guest house is literally close to EVERYTHING you would want to see and experience in Brussels: be it train stations, sights, or night life.   The employees and the owner are exceptionally nice people. My wife and I sat at the little wine bar one evening and had several glasses of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. Breakfast food is good and the coffee is great. The rooms are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

  I had a brief but fantastic stay. The owner is very helpful and all the information pre- and post-stay was complete. The area is easy to find, well communicated and feels safe. Also extremely quiet. Recommended, I will surely try to stay with them again when I'm back in Brussels.
