We liked EVERYTHING about Canal Deluxe! The owners of Canal Deluxe made us feel very welcome and at home. Even the cute dog made us feel super welcome! The house was beautiful; very romantic with the fireplace and the winding stairs. The private little terrace along the canal, the lovely breakfast on the patio, the details in the house, everything was excellent. We would def recommend this B&B to everybody we know - and we will come back for sure!.

Beautiful breakfast served in your sitting room in front of log fire - what else could you ask for. Hosts were friendly and were there to make sure that everythking was done to make your stay in Bruges a memorable one. Would go nowhere else if visiting Bruges again. The very best accommodation in Brugge historical center. Traditional flemish luxury accommodation. Very friendly and romantic. The breakfast is fantastic and very best quality. Many item (orange juice) hand made, and many items quality product. Good, and wide parking place near the house. That is better, and cheaper than a many luxury hotel in Brugge. There is nothing more romantic to wish here, there or anywhere. Half of the small 3 store house is yours with working fireplace, full of candles everywhere, dimming lights, soft water stream and the sitting private bench outside. Excellent breakfast in the patio. Funny and a very kind small dog. Location cannot be better. Despite being in the heart of Bruges the accommodation is very quiet/peaceful & overlooks a small canal. The charming hosts could not be more friendly or helpful. Fabulous breakfasts and a wonderful three days (Agree with everything that Alena_Moscow says ***** B&B). Hosts were fabulous and were a wealth of knowledge. Sumptuous breakfasts a fantastic and quiet canal setting to relax by on sunny days or a log fire to curl up to for the not so sunny. Little treats to surprise at the end of the day. Hostess was so friendly and helpful. The property has been tastefully renovated using old salvaged materials and is really charming. Wonderful fire place, excellent breakfast and within walking distance to everything. Comfortable room with exceptional character. Innkeepers have done a fantastic job with renovation of an old house in heart of Brugge. Location near main tourist spots but on quiet street. Ambiance is wonderful and quaint. Great location fantastic hostess. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect!. Absolutely nothing. No everything's OK!!!. Trip to a bathroom can be risky - narrow stairs downwards. But this is the very old house - it's a part of romantic ambience!. Two sets of spiral stairs over three levels are a problem to visit the bathroom at night. Light switches take a little bit of getting used too!. Nothing. None. Walking from the Markt to the hotel is a little scary if you're alone. Living room furniture is in desperate need of replacing (too old and small). Lights are confusing.
