As well as all this the food was great at the restaurant with excellent service. Excellent location with plenty of activities.   Martha Hotel is ideal for skiers. You can end your ski day exactly at the back entrance of the hotel...putting your skis in a special closet and boots on a warm hanger to dry for next day. Breakfast was good, but the warm food (scrambled eggs and bacon everyday) could have some kind of variety.   Made very welcome by the hosts, excellent room clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were first class and information about the area was readily available much of it given to us when we arrived.   We received an amazing welcome from the owner. He was extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't have done more. Very concerned that we were warm/comfortable enough. Haus Ditzer is located a short walk from Zell so easy to walk into town and the lake. Large candles lit outside at night were a lovely touch. Would most definitely recommend Haus Ditzer to anyone visiti - First of all,Haus Ditzer is located very close to center, where restaurants, bars, small shops,lifts, E.T.c are situated (only 2 minutes by car). The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the Marcus is friendly and always at our disposal. You really shouldn't miss breakfast.Very good value for money. Overall what I have to say is that although we came to Zell am See for holidays , and we'll surely be staying at Haus Ditzer!!

The owner, 'The big momma' was very polite and accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable.Location was fantastic and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We usually visit different venues and hotels on each ski holiday but the stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning again.
