  The hotel is about 10 min by foot from the main train station and the way is simple. Additionally, after reservation you receive from the hotel an instruction how to get to the hotel. We chose a room with a bathroom. Our room was very clean, comfortable, big enough for 2 people. It was on the second floor. So we had a beautiful view of the Kapuzinerberg and the Heuberg. The old town i - The pension was perfectly clean, and approximately 20 meters from it is a bus stop. The busses run about every 20 mins, but it varies. The reception staff is very helpful. Do buy tickets beforehand, to save unnecessary expensive on the bus purchased, tickets. But remember, on Sundays, most shops are closed in Salzburg. The main train station is definitely walking distance. Currently there is construction going on, so to handle luggage down and up stairs can be a challenge.

  good location all staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, able to access breakfast a little earlier on last morning. Also most helpful in returning item to us which we left behind- thankyou - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were all willing to help with directions or give recommendations on things to do in Salzburg.
