The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

The guesthouse is very beautiful and hosts are welcoming. They constantly watch to feel good and they help you with information. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Internet works very well. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area but close to the center of the village where are shops and restaurants. Not so far is a golf course. From here you can make trips on mountain areas which are a lot of beauty. We felt very well and we recommend very warmly the guesthouse to everyone.

My daughter, two teenaged grandsons, and I felt welcome and quite at
home during out stay. Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and
arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your
guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed
the neighborhood ambience with an easy walk to the old town center. Like

Excellent location with very easy access to Alpentherme (less than 5 minutes walk!). There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the area.Our appartament was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great views! The breakfast was tasty. Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The bar was super convenient, as you could serve yourself anytime day or night. Nice spa facilities and cute little kids playroom. Lots of little extras like dvd rentals, option for a massage. Could walk right to the ski lift. Would definitely stay here again!
