  Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The owner greeted us with a warm welcome and was very friendly. The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The sauna and relaxation room are great and again very very clean. The location couldn't be better...the penkan gondola, free ski bus and supermarket are right on the doorstep.   Loved our stay here, there are great views and it's a superb location at the quiet end of town but only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Very near ski lifts if you go winter. We stayed in the penthouse,it was extremely clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful owner/staff. Lift. There was a music festival while we were in Mayrhofen and l - Place was a gem! It was clean, new, and perfect for travel. We had the smallest room, but it was still huge to us (2 bedroom and 1 bath). It had a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage/space. It was located right at the base of one of the lifts to the mountain. Short walk to grocery store and shopping/eating.
