  Sensacional! O melhor serviço que já vi em um hotel. Localização excepcional ao lado da opera e muito perto de todos os pontos turisticos. Indico a todos. - The location is brilliant. Wien State Opera was the reason we came to Wien and the hotel is just 100 meters from the Opera house. Besides, the Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Museam Quarter... o que as pessoas dizem » , fine restaurants and walking streets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and the view from the balcony is so beautiful that you even don't notice the noise from the street when the windows are open. When we are back to Wien we will be glad to stay at this hotel again. - A simple no frills hotel, very large comfortable room,with equally large bathroom, all room facilities very adequate including tea and coffee, lots of cupboard space, very clean,and quiet room inside courtyard. Very worthwhile for the price.

  I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Literally step out of your door and your are right in the centre and within 5 or 10mins (walk) of all the main attractions and there is plenty to see and do on the way. Th - there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up!
