We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the
same from the Danube and Ringstrasse in three directions. The studio was
large and one whole wall has windows that open. A good sized bathroom
and comfortable bed. The room was simply but nicely appointed and the
small galley kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Plus there was
excellent air conditioning which came in handy on the third day when the
temperatures soared to 90 degrees f and the humidity as well. The

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.
