We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions

good location all staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, able to access breakfast a little earlier on last morning. Also most helpful in returning item to us which we left behind- thankyou - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were all willing to help with directions or give recommendations on things to do in Salzburg.

O hotel é em um prédio novo e confortável. O quarto é grande e moderno. A única coisa chatinha é para chegar até ele. Tem que parar em um interfone, pegar uma senha com a atendente e abrir um acesso para chegar até a recepção. O estacionamento é bem longe. Mas a localização dele é boa, perto das principais atrações e de vários restaurantes.

The family room was very spacious and clean. Even though the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, the staff very happily helped with our luggage.
