The family room was very spacious and clean. Even though the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, the staff very happily helped with our luggage. The breakfast was absolutely great with wonderful options for all our various likes and dislikes. - Staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English which was a lovely bonus. Breakfast

Very friendly staff, very cozy hotel, well situated not far from centre of town and still very quiet, very beautiful rooms, cozy and beautiful lounges, good restaurant. The members of the staff served us at an exemplary manner, but they also accepted and... entertained our little girl of 2 years old, making our stay easier and very very pleasant. T

However, after 3-4 plates worth of food (I had not eaten in 24 hours), it was definitely worth every cent. Taste was excellent. Also, a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel stands in an excellent location. We highly recommentd this hotel for those wishing to stay in a central location in Salzburg. The staff, facilities and cleanliness were excellent and we shall certainly recommend this hotel to friends.
