  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.
