Everything! I had the single room in the basement (number 10) and it was perfect for me. (Long Bed, small desk, big bath/shower, parking right in front of door). Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. A visiting friend said it's rather small. (I myself didn't mind: The bed was long enough and I had space for my laptop and a wardrobe for my stuff).
