everything was so excellent
1- the owner Mr Thomas was acting like an angel and his wife too you will feel like you are among your family they are amazing people .
2- the apartment was amazing it has a nice decoration from IKEA .
3- the bedrooms was very comfortable and very quiet to sleep well .
4- the kitchen has all equipment you need and nice decoration that encourage you to cook every time .

The place was amazing, so clean, nicely decorated, very nice and friendly owner. Was everything and even more necessary in the appartment - all the kitchen appliances, even dish washer, and was so sweet that there was even selection of teas and coffe, foil and cooking paper, tablets for the dish washer, nice big hair dryer, and more! Towels and garbage were changed every 2 days, but of we needed fresh towels always was available for us! Apartment very spacious with balcony and wifi and comforta.
The apartment was large, very clean and comfortable. The couple who
managed the apartment were very helpful indeed. The town of Bad Gastein
is amazing and the apartment is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the waterfall
that comes through the town.
Modern, fully equipped, quality apartment in a quiet but still from a short walking distance from the city centre. Thomas, the owner is a fantastic guy, extremely helpful and flexible. Amazing value for the money.

the moment of leaving Haus Franzis .
The location was a little difficult for skiing, as Bad Gastein is very
hilly and in icy conditions it is a difficult walk to the ski bus in ski
boots as the apartment is up a small road that is not cleared of snow as
quickly as the main road. Having said that the apartment is fairly close
to the last bus stop before the lift, so that is quite convenient.
