  Very close to the centre of Salzburg. Hostess was extremely helpful with directions and booking of tickets for a concert. Budget priced but good value for money. - Excellent location for the fabulous Red Bull Museum. Easy access to the city by bus and a local hostelry only 5 minutes walk away

Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful.   Internet free - This was my first tripp to Salzburg and I have stayed in an excellenthostel.The location of the hostel is very good because it is in a quietarea but still close to those places where the life is going on. I couldrent a bike in the hostel for cheap.   Everything is excellent. We did like the swimming pool with pure blue water on the hotel's backjard. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet as well as very beautifully decorated in an old style. The hotel is a family run business who are very friendly and speak the English language. The breakfast is friendly and musically surrounded. The bus stop is in 6 minutes walk from the hotel. - Clean room, friendly atmosphere. Located just outside Salzburg but an easy tram ride into the city. Leave the car at the hotel and use the tram. If you are visiting attractions buy a Salzburg card at the hotel. Well worth the money. We will be back.

  We had a very nice stay at Pension Bergfried and we recommend it to everyone! It is a very nice place with very helpful staff! - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean.I would definitely stay there again!
