  We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside. We were there during autumn so we couldn't enjoy the lake, but it seemed amazing too. The vews are certain - Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.

  We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom). The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up. The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. I was a bit concerned about booking a quadruple room for 4 adults but it was perfect. T... o que as pessoas dizem » he hotel is very clean and everything is new. It feels very fresh. The bathroom is big. We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat - Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town. Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection. The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time. We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise. Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.
