The room was nice and clean. Upon checked-in we forgot to buy adapter to the socket which is unique to Australia and New Zealand. Robyn and Ashley managed to find one that we could borrow for the night. Robyn even showed us location for supermarket and restaurants we could go that night. Good location with very friendly helpful owners. Rooms well proportioned and very well equipped. Very clean and well organised. Breakfast delivered to the room. Very good value. Highly recommended to anyone in the area. Great for end/beginning Great Ocean Road.
todos opiniões » This is the second time we have stayed at Raglan when visiting Warrnambool and we will stay here again on our next visit...the staff a lovely and the motel room is spacious, clean and has everything we need, and more. The owners/staff should be commended. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival at the Raglan Motor Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The Raglan Motor Inn is a perfect budget-friendly, family run hotel and we will be happy to stay there again. Overall a very nice place to stay, staff very friendly and good location at the main road, but not noisy. Warrnambool is a good place to stay when driving the Great Ocean Road, as it is half way and close to some nice attractions like Tower Hill. I loved everything! The managers were really lovely AND I had fresh milk!!!...What a luxury when staying overnight. The room looked...and was fresh and clean, comfortable and relaxing.I would love to come back. Accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The staff was genuinely welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we were instantly made to feel 'at home'. Great value for money. The owners went out of their way to make our stopover as relaxed and comfortable as it could be.The owners have a deal with local restraunts and meals are delivered and charged back to your room. Parking a tight squeeze and some had to park away from unit they occupied, still close enough. Hard to spot the hotel as its signs are a little dim and the hotel itself is positioned above a hill which makes it difficult to spot from the lower side of the double-lane highway. Nothing. On the highway so you do get some noise, but that is to be expected of any motel on a major highway. Nothing. Some traffic noise from the Princes Highway. lack of full length mirror in room (not vanity - just lack of height). Bathroom could do with a bit of spruce up. No ice in the fridge. Location of heaters. 2nd bedroom should have its own heater. the towels were a little dark in colour. We were in a front room and the traffic noise woke me a few times through the night. Nothing. nothing. nothing. had trouble with parking, near room. Location. It was a noisy night because of traffic and other guests smoking and talking outside the room. Dated. Poor lighting, especially in bathroom. Noisy as on highway. poor shower water control temperature.
