Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. We had a room at the back - so it was very quiet even though the motel is on a busy road (recommend to ask for this). Staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to train and great fresh food delis of many nationalities. The free parking was great.

The manager was excellent very friendly and helpful. Quietness, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. The staff were amazing, and the rooms immaculate. comfortable clean bed. The cheap rate. customer service was excellent as they catered to alot of people checking in early which most places would make u wait. it was convinient for what we were after the price was good and was to the standard u would expect for the price. handy to train station to Olympic park. Convenience to Lidcombe Railway so we could attend concert at Olympic Park. Nothing Really. Nothing. The pillows. Water pipes were a little noisy from the room above, but only when their water was actually running. The showers need some bleach to remove mould build-up- especially on lower tiles and in corners. Rubbish outside needs to be cleaner daily. traffic noise (however I could have closed the windows to reduce it). Nothing I can think of. Noisy plumbing. For the price I found the rooms quite small, but in saying that it did the job. it was very dirty dirty walls in bathroom & the main room dirty cupboards need to use cleaning products when cleaning. No provision for Wine glasses and the refrigerater needed defrosting, could not close fridge door. the pile of rubish stacked in back courner detracted from the rest of place and rubbish bin sitting in the parking area with the same rubbish the next day. maybe a little noise but I did choose it anyway. Hot water pipes rattle loudly at night, Door doesnt lock properly, No beverage other than tea or coffee, No spare pillows or blankets. To be fair they are still renovating some rooms, so not to sure if the room we had is due for refit. The Shower was not appealing to use dirty grout in all the tiles. The Fridge was not working and looked like it had overheated causing room to get hot. The lights over vanity basin did not work. It also was too small to have two beds in the room, but that was just personal opinion. Not Clean and room service was poor. No tea/ Coffee supplied. (had to ask) Initially I was given a room with air-condition not working and when asked the gentleman at reception wasn't willing to change the room, but finally did after repeated request. Everything. The dog food in the fridge, the rip off price and the mould on the roof. Everything. far too expesive. disgutinly dirty, washing machine didnt work, floors not clean, fridge smelt, dirty glasses(not washed).
