Unit was well appointed & had all the mod-cons + great kitchen facilities! Staff very helpful & friendly. Also well located for many activities - we stayed due to close proximity to Paterson's Stadium but also easy access to shopping & other attractions (short drive to zoo etc). All essential services nearby - eateries (Vic Hotel does very good meals & is child friendly!), chemist, supermarkets etc.
todos opiniões » My family and I were staying in Perth for a basketball comp. 3 of the other families also stayed at the appartments. The location was excellent and the amenities were great too. The kids made full use of the spa, even if the weather was a little cold for the pool! Great experience and would definitely stay there again. Location! Apart from the fan very clean. Two bedroom available for my mother and I - very well appointed apartment. The lovely lady at reception allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which was very convenient for our lunch down the road. This is my second stay and I'll be back the location is excellent. Great location to city, beaches and athletics track, and food outlets and shopping. Pool facilities great...toilet, shower, spa etc. Room was well appointed with everything needed. Pub next door and cafe are an added bonus of staying there. Great to finally find a place that has bathroom ventilation. Great apartment layout. Location fantastic easy walking distance for shopping and dining out. Location was excellent and onsite secure parking was good. One bed apartment was spacious and had everything you could need for your stay. Fantastic position next to the Vic Hotel which had great meals and great staff and I will be coming back next year for the Perth RV show. It was clean and convenient facilities. location for the footy is excellent comfortable rooms well equipped and staff are friendly. Great location and convenient to go next door to the Vic Hotel for a very good meal. Good location for going to concert at Kings Park Able to book one night. the location is perfect for the football and places to eat. locartion was perfect as we are football fans and memebers. Location. Hairdryer didn't work. Extraction fan in bathroom very dusty. I chose family with older children. There is really no appropriate category though. These are just suggestions... Gardens could be planted or bit more upkeep around the doors of rooms/stairwells to add a welcoming feel. Outdoor furniture needed attention. Louver doors on laundry could be painted to update the look..the good old brown is a bit daggy. Advertised as having WiFi but only had ADSL cable. This should be stated clearly as it is misleading. The apartment was a bit tired, and could do with a makeover, but was very clean, neat and tidy. Stayed in room 5 , the bed was hard and the pillows average.The rooms ( bathroom ) are a little dated and TV in the cabinet was shall we say different but quite frankly it did the job required. The apartments are a little dated on the inside and there is only one bathroom with the toilet in it. I think in comparison it was a little over priced. there was nothing i didn't like. A bit expensive Cleaners coming in at 0900 when book out at 1000 and hadn't booked out. The price - tariff is very high for what you get, a comfortable bed. This is our second stay and this time we had a room on the main street so we had road noise. Also the fridge was extra noisy wich actually woke us up everytime it kicked in and out. We did report it to reception, which we realise a lot of guests do not do. Price - although the apartments were excellent and all amenities are thought of, tariff was expensive. This would not stop me from staying again though, as the location probably goes towards the cost. The hotel was packed out on the Friday night! Popular!. Bathroom had mould growing in the showers. Nothing. Nothing couldn't fault it. Very noisy we wre in apartment 4 and there was a gate right next to bedroom window and people continued to go through gate until early hours of the morning. No car parking. Mattress is too soft; needs replacement. One air conditioning unit for the 3 bedroom apartment is insufficient; feels stuffy in the bedrooms. Bathroom attached to one of the bedroom gets really wet after a bath; would suggest covering up the shower area with glass doors. Decor very dated, also did not have balcony - looked like it had been recently removed. Problems getting vehicle in and out of property. Unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude of staff. Kitchen was too small and not well equipped. Cleaners do not obviously move things when they clean. Price. Place not worth the price that we had paid because the night before we flew home, we stayed at another 3 bedroom apt at Perth and it was newer, cleaner and bigger with much cheaper price. Also, Darby has no free wifi...... Found cockroach in one of the rooms.
